Such lotto and lotteries are available to the general public (punters) and may not be restricted to any society, religious group, association or social group.

In Oyo State, most lotteries and lotto are digital/ technology driven terminals that are directly linked to the lottery operators’ and the board dominant servers. This provides real time information on the activities of the Lottery operators, their agents and sub agents.

The Lotto/Lottery licence is valid for a duration of 2 years and renewable at expiration.
